Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Naples.

Purchase price: $350,000
Cash invested: $33,000

The home is a 3/2 Pool home less than a mile to the beach. It was built in the 70s and needed a lot of updating.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My area is a great travel destination and I wanted to get into the seasonal rental/vacation rental market

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Off market from someone selling in the area I was renting in at the time.

How did you finance this deal?

FHA Loan

How did you add value to the deal?

The home was built in 1970s with little updates in terms of fixtures, flooring, etc. I put in hardwood floors, updated fixtures, appliances, fixed up the pool etc.
