Value between water front and non water front property
Ok question? Say u have 3 properties 1 of them u are looking to get under contract. Is on the water. The other 2 are with in n a .25 radius same bed same bath. one off them on water one of them are not. The 1 property u are getting the comps for is on the water the other one is not so it's like 240k less in value. Are u gonna use the comp of the property that is not on the water or the one that is on the water?
