I was thinking about investing in mobile home property for a rental is that a good investment

@Enkhmanlai Enkhbaatar It depends on the numbers, the type of people you put in there, and the neighborhood. If you can get all those factors together and do it right, then "yes" mobile homes can make good rental properties. If you buy the mobile homes using all cash and don't have a mortgage on them, you'll receive even more cash flow. Though, you still need to maintain them and make sure you put the right types of tenants who will take care of the homes in there. Hope that helps!
