Help Me Figure out What's Next - New build? San Antonio

I'm Air Force. Currently have 2 rentals. Doing a cash out refinance and evaluating new construction in San Antonio. I'll have about $95K to reinvest.  I'll be geographically separated, so I'm looking for simple investment that cash flows and will be low maintenance.  Here are the specs of what I'm looking to buy (link in calculator)

I already have one rental in San Antonio and it has done a great job cash flowing and being good property for someone who prefers more hands off investments right now.  Is what I'm looking at now a good idea?

@Sean Rotbart. I couldn't get the link to work either for some reason. I have a few SFR's in San Antonio and they have been very stable rentals, even during the Great Recession. Close to Randolph AFB.
