Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Fort Worth.

Purchase price: $35,000
Sale price: $37,000

This was my first ever real estate deal.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This was probate deal and the person that inherited just wanted out.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Doing this deal helped me realize that real estate isn't as glamorous as everyone makes it out to be on HGTV lol.
