Should I invest in rentals or flipping houses
I’m 18 years old I have a job and make $15/hr . I live in nyc and I want to start investing in real estate. I’m torn on what to save money up for whether buying to rent or buying to flip. I plan on buying outside of NY state, but don’t know what to do with it. Also should I just save money or put it to work and invest in something else in the meantime.
