Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $350,000
Cash invested: $50,000

Purchased this house to live in the upstairs rent out the basement. Soon I will be leaving the upstairs renting both up and down and cash flowing nicely, until then I am living for free.

I wanted to live for free by house hacking.
