How did you finance this deal?

Umpqua Bank

How did you add value to the deal?

Landscaping, Added a kitchen downstairs and furnished it.

What was the outcome?

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Everything takes longer than you expect and costs more

@Jacob Stewart thanks and congrats yourself - next is I close on a home mid September as a vacation rental downtown and am looking to fix it up furnish it and start renting. Unless I find a renter for a 12 month lease that wants it unfurnished then I will push my plans of renovating and furnishing back.
