Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

House caught on fire on March 13th. We remodeled the entire home. We add a bedroom upstairs, laundry room with sink and dog shower and a swimming pool. In total we add 500sq ft to this property. Replacing rafters and the entire roof. We also redo the bathroom, update the kitchen, install new carpet and a dormer window. We paint inside and out and add a new butler pantry and a sitting area at the garage.
