Hi BP, I am in progress of analyzing multiple SFH and 2-4 unit multi families, what are some best resources to determine proper rental amounts in the area, outside of the usual portals, Zillow, etc. Are there any additional web sites that offer a more granular detail on rental trends in respective neighborhoods, etc. Thanks for your help!
