Anyone know of a good, reliable Real Estate Attorney in Costa Rica?

Hello,
My name is Eric, and I am in the beginning stages of a small 8 unit real estate development in Costa Rica.

The one problem I am having is finding a good Attorney. After interviewing a few different Attorneys down there, I still can't find one who is 1. Reliable and communicate in a timely manner. and 2. Who wont charge me an arm and a leg.

Yes, I know things are much slower down there, but I can't afford to keep moving my business foreword with an attorney I can only track down every few weeks.

Any help with this would be gladly appreciated
