First deal under contract..2 months after joining Bigger Pockets!

Hello Everyone

I am about to close on my first deal in TRIAD area in NC in september. I joined this community two months back. Decided to start investing as I am learning. Its a duplex in Graham, NC. 

Bigger Pockets is a bible for someone starting to learn real estate business.It will awesome to connect to the investors local to Raleigh/Durham/RTP area.

It will be awesome if someone can provide good contractor list in Triad area in NC that I can work with in future.
