First property ever!!!
Investment Info:
Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $169,500
Cash invested: $49,000
Duplex 3/1 each side.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Connected with a local Real estate agent through BP that also was investing his own money in the same areas
How did you finance this deal?
Traditional and used a co-signer to qualify
How did you add value to the deal?
Lipstick on a pig and increased rents to just below market rates
