Purchase price: $97,000
Cash invested: $12,000

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Mls/ agent

How did you finance this deal?

Delayed financing

How did you add value to the deal?

New kitchen. Updated bathrooms. Poured concrete slab for driveway and backyard patio.

What was the outcome?

Appraised at 130,000
Delayed finance. Pulling the purchase price out of the house.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Small living area space. Took longer to rent out. Dropped price to get it rented.
