Intermediate Investor in MA looking for advice/mentorship

Hi, I’ve built up to 20 residential units in south middlesex Mass over the last 10 years or so and have been pretty conservative. I’m looking to make a move and buy 7-10 more units this year.  I’m looking for some advice (not solicitation) from someone who understands the market here in Metro Massachusetts.  Thanks in advance!
