Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Atlanta.

Purchase price: $80,000

Bought a property and then held it. Good for appreciation.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I bought this property in 2012. It was my primary residence. I lived in it with a few roommates.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the deal with a real estate agent. I was able to get it with FHA and bought it at cost.

How did you finance this deal?

Finance the deal via FHA.

What was the outcome?

The Atlanta market increased by 10% YOY.
