Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Fitchburg.
Purchase price: $238,000
Cash invested: $65,272
Sale price: $275,000
I bought this as a buy and hold apartment. However, after owning it for a little over a year, my wife and I decided to move to Texas for the cost of living. We were going to continue holding, but our property manager started stealing from us. Once we got an appraisal, we decided to sell to lock in the capital gains.
