General real estate investor questions

Rob Zabel
Posted

Hi All,

I'm new to BP and had a few questions. Any advice is really appreciated. I have been interested in real estate for quite some time and looking into investment properties / opportunities. I have a successful and stable career in sales but would like other revenue streams and not afraid of the extra work. With the CV19 situation we are in right now I am thinking there will be some great opportunity later this year or first part of next. With that said, do you think it's worth getting my real estate license while pursuing these opportunities? Wondering if there is an advantage. I won't be giving up my current career, this would be secondary, at least for the foreseeable future. Also wondering if it's best to start an LLC for investment properties, or get a few under my belt and start an LLC later on depending on how things shake out? Sorry for the long message! Thx for any info you you have
