Estate deal. Home was dated. Original garage was finished out as a giant room. Remodeled to add 2 bedrooms and a master bath. Turning 2 bed 1 bath house into 3 bed 2 bath house.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Estate deal fell in my lap. Client referral.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Had a good working relatioship with the family.

How did you finance this deal?

Gardner Bank

How did you add value to the deal?

Licensed Real Estate Broker, Contractor, Principal.

What was the outcome?

Success. Somewhat quick sale.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Learned I should and could just drywall over wood paneling. This was my first rehab completely on my own. Went mostly as expected.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Myself.
