Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $90,000

This is my 3rd purchase with PRIVATE MONEY! It is our first traditional duplex. It is going to require a good deal of work to get it rent ready but as we finish up our current rehab on our last purchase we are ready to aggressively jump on this one.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Economy of scale. Additional cash flow!
