Investment Info:

Retail commercial investment investment in San Francisco.

Purchase price: $100,000,000
Cash invested: $40,000,000

Has been in real estate investments, education and syndications for over 30 years with a successful track record and thousands of success stories win YouTube from students, investors and co-syndicators
Currently hold assets worth over $100Million Dollars for cash flow and flips

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The diversification by location, type of assets and style of investing

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I find most of my deals by going directly to banks or developers or sellers as well as a few brokers with off market deals

How did you finance this deal?

Bank financing

How did you add value to the deal?

We either rehab properties to add square footage or change configuration or we simply reposition the property to take it to its highest and best use

What was the outcome?

Incredible asset values increase and sustainable reliable cash flow

Lessons learned? Challenges?

The key is the team members that you work with because as you grow so do your challenges and the size of the opportunities so if you do not have the right team, tools, tech and time invested, you cannot reach the maximum potential
