Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $5,500
Cash invested: $11,000
Sale price: $60,000

bought this house as one of our first rental homes.it had fire damage and was run dun after a few weeks it looks super nice kind of proud of this one we took a run down house that got low rents and made it something worth living in and we took a eye shore out of the neighborhood (man I really love my job )this house now brings 750 a month so my investment will be paid back in no time

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

First new that it would cash flow . In a good area so low risk on break in . My team and I could get in and out with a quickness . We love to see improvements in the neighborhood

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Grayscale has a team of realtors and many friends that help on our journey to being a super large outfit.

How did you finance this deal?

We paid cash

Lessons learned? Challenges?

One thing that I’ve learned is get to know your neighborhood and neighbors keep peace because there the ones that will look out for your investment when your not there . Cut there grass when cutting yours help fix something they need dun simple people skills is the best thing you can have in this business. We have 250 investment property of our own and building every day it’s a blessing to do this
