Purchase price: $235,000
Cash invested: $13,000

3Plex in Hyde Park that needs some work but has long term, stable tenants. Will continue to make improvements and to raise rents.

@Alex Olson - this has definitely been my best deal to date. It needs some work and the tenants I inherited are under market rent but it is a great location in central Hyde Park. This is the deal that is getting me much more excited about real estate as an asset class!
