This was the first home my wife and purchased. When we moved we decided to turn it into a rental rather then sell it.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

When we moved we couldn't get the price we wanted for it so we hired a management company to handle the tenets when we moved overseas

How did you finance this deal?

VA loan so no money down but we did pay closing costs.

How did you add value to the deal?

Landscaping and painted.

What was the outcome?

We have been renting the house for two years now.
