Great purchase price with multiple exit strategies in a good location.

Wholesaler brought it to us. Took the deal, then found some issues with inspection and renegotiated.

Sold very quickly because it was such a low sales price.

Affordable housing will be in high demand so buy right. We always try to have one of the best listings available at the price point we aim to sell at. By doing this, we almost always have multiple offers.
