I already own a 3/1 rental property. Bought it 1 year ago.
Tenants pay on time @ $1150/month. Just signed their 2nd year lease.
Value - $135k
Balance - $100k
Rate - 5.75%
PITI = $900
Should I start paying an extra $4000/m to have it paid off by Dec 2021?
