Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Hershey.

Purchase price: $217,500
Cash invested: $55,000

All brick three unit building. 4,000sq ft in downtown hershey. Excellent location. This property was listed on the MLS, vacant at 190K. Escalation clause took me to 217,500 cash offer. Spent $55,000 across three units. Filled the units, gross rents just below $4k. Appraised at $330,000 Loan was 80% of appraised. 5 year variable 30 year am.
