Investment Info:

Single-family residence note investment investment.

Purchase price: $325,000
Cash invested: $55,000

VRBO home on the gulf coast in Rockport Texas - Homemade great money, however - lost the home due to Hurricane Harvey. Home is currently being rebuilt.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Investment Property at the Coast - VRBO

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

1031 Exchange

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional Loan

How did you add value to the deal?

VRBO and AirBNB

What was the outcome?

we were bringing 3500- 5000 a month

I really like working with Rankin Mortgage Group - Mr. Paul Rankin is a Mortgage Broker - He doesn't charge the traditional 1 Percent origination fees - saving all my clients at least 1 percent.
