What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Looking for cash flow properties

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Contacted a local Real Estate I knew well.

How did you finance this deal?

Regional Bank

How did you add value to the deal?

$99,900 was the asking price and I offered 96k. After they accepted I used the property inspection to negotiate an 8k check at the closing. A tip I got from BP Real Estate Rookie!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Shaun Hayes from Berkshire Hathaway
