Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Sheboygan.

Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $20,000

I bought this 12 years ago, refinanced it once, put new roof on, had 3 families in that time..one family stayed for 8 years!
Rental income is $1200 and after the refinance my mortgage is only $500.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Land value and surrounding development.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Land developer bought the property and had to parcel this off.

How did you finance this deal?
