1st escrow within 4 months

After passing my CA BRE test I joined my first brokerage, I held my first open house during my Agent Training. I met my buyer at that open house. I was in escrow within 4 months and closed within 5 months of having my license! It was for a home in the "Up and coming" neighborhood in Los Angeles after about 6 offers on 2 counters. My client and I got an accepted offer on her Spanish style home. Just thought I'd share that. Oh yeah, I was also 19 going on 20, at that time.
