Purchased in April 2013 and sold in December 2019 (6.6 years).

Achieved compounded annual appreciation growth rate of 7.5% at time of sale.

How did you add value to the deal?

Repaint all walls
Installed recess lights
Replaced carpet with laminate flooring
Installed electric security gate on balcony
Upgraded new windows
Upgraded new AC unit
