Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $120,000
Cash invested: $65,000

My partner and I went in on this Fix/flip Found on MLS listed for $140k/contracted for $120k. We paid tenants to break lease/move out $2500.00 hard money for purchase / mom for rehab. Had to rehab EVERYTHING but the roof 1920 bungalow. Should be all in for $200k and hope to sell for around $300k
