full fix and flip with a lot of upgrades
Investment Info:
Single-family residence fix & flip investment.
Purchase price: $240,000
Cash invested: $50,000
Sale price: $330,000
Full rehab. Took out non load bearing walls to open up. We moved a wall to make kitchen bigger. Complete new kitchen including cabinets, quartz counter tops, under mount sinks, appliances, new lighting, laminate wood flooring , tile in bathrooms, carpet in bedrooms, frame less glass shower with new tile, full interior and exterior paint, landscaping.
