Full rehab, new kitchen remodel to open it up, New granite counter tops in kitchen and all bathrooms with under mount sinks, new flooring , new laminate wood flooring , new tile in kitchen and bathrooms, and new carpet in bedrooms. Frame less glass shower in bathrooms with new tile and dual shower heads in master bath. Removed non-load Bering walls to open up family room. Full interior and exterior paint. New fixtures, faucets, and light fixtures. New landscaping in front and back yard.

We used Lending Home as our lender for hard money. They also let me finance the rehab 100%.
