I found a rehabbed duplex 4/2 by a RE agent in what seems to be a class B neighborhood, without tenants currently. I calculated to rent out both, although I'm also interested in potentially house hacking. The numbers seem decent (better than what I've been calculating on other similar properties) but I'd like some input from others with experience. I don't want to be overlooking anything big!
