Investment Info:

Condo note investment investment in Aiea.

Cash invested: $30,000

Reached out to other investors to let them know I had some capital sitting for now doing nothing because I had other commitments, and one of them reached out to use some funds!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I did not have any plans for the funds at the time, so I decided to make it work for me

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I reached out to other investors

How did you finance this deal?

Wired the funds to the escrow company

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Check on the listing and follow up once sold. ONLY WIRE to escrow company if on title
