Do you buy Trustee's ? If Yes .....

Hello guys,

I have a question so I was after a property for a while now, I was sending mailers and got a call back but within 1 week someone purchased the property on a "trustee" ? I am confused they also purchased it for about 30-32 cents to the dollar. The property never showed it was going to be auction off. Is there something I am missing ?

I have seen multiple of these sales, these homes are not auctioned off or anything. and being purchased way below market value. Does anyone know about this ?

I have attached image so you can see the transaction history and deed type.
