When Life had my Back Against the wall this is how I fought

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Wilmington.

Purchase price: $28,900
Cash invested: $15,000

*It was a 3 bedroom single family town/ row home, basement unfinished, back yard 14 X 42
*Located in the Middle of Block
*Laundromat at end of block to the left
*Several grocery stores in area
*In walking distance to riverfront and downtown Wilmington, DE
*Elementary and Middle School 4 blocks behind house
*Several parks in area

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Life just kind of pushed me in. At 1st was just looking to capture the american dream by havingt rental properties. Then life took a different turn in which I was experiencing a sepeartion that caused me to need a housing. the

How did you add value to the deal?

still doing so, living here I realized that new windows, installition in the attic, doors, exhaust fan, new electrical wiring needed to be done
