Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

I have multiple single family and small MF properties... It's my Retirement Plan!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Learned from my dad and a few rental gurus back in the 90's. Bought some and sold some I didn't care for. Love small multifamily. Trying my first buy and hold that was a bank repo and a renovating it currently.

Found deals through contacts, drive-bys, ads.
