Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Amsterdam.

Purchase price: $1
Cash invested: $1

My first buy and hold project. Property was bought site unseen and fully rehabbed in under 100 days.Both units are currently occupied.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Buy and hold investments create passive income.

How did you finance this deal?

Business / personal credit cards

How did you add value to the deal?

The project was a full gut , everything was updated , roof , plumbing and electrical.
