Commercial Construction Mixed USE
Owner of the building will be moving their liquor store to that new location and the other store front will be rented as well as the 4 apartments. Borrower has cash and a good net worth. They own 2 liquor stores already. The bridge lenders I have talked to don't like the deal because the loan amount is too small. I would assume there has got to be a way to get this completed.
