3 story, 3 bed 3.5 bath, brand new townhouse in the center of old town Frisco. Right next to the water tower. Just makes the 1% rule only because we put down the deposit on it 2 years ago and rent has gone up. it has a great private roof top deck with views all the way to the lake and the Star.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Networking. We think Frisco old town is going ot get big so getting in 2 years ago on the new build was great

How did you finance this deal?

SDIRA

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

No
