Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Birmingham.
Purchase price: $87,000
Creative deal 😛 you have to love them, I picked this property up with a loan assumption with 5k down. The 5k came from a private lender my exit is to lease option this puppy, it has about 58k on the back end.
