Quad in KCMO.. Good deal / bad deal?
Hi all, I'm analyzing this quad deal in KCMO. In on the fence. Probably 4 SFHs with the same capital used would yield higher return BUT SFH proving very time consuming to find. So in order to accelerate I'm considering this deal. Note that the high "other" expenses include $420 monthly heloc payment. For comparison.. if / when that is paid off (sale of other property) the cash flow would be around $1000 / month, and the cash of cash more like 13%.
