Hello fellow BP folks!

I have written on here before, but have not been as active as I should. I have recently read the book Think and Grow Rich and it has made me want to push myself harder to get to know as many as I can so I can put myself ahead of the curve.

My definite goal is to house hack a multi family property come next May. There are just so many questions I have that makes me tentative to just dive in. I understand that many of these things will be answered once I finally get into it but I just want to be as prepared as possible.

My first question is, how can I analyze a deal and see what investors in the area are receiving in cash flow? How do I keep track of the books? Lastly, how do I know how much I should be saving?

I am looking to network with people in my area and would appreciate any advice and will be willing to be of service to someone else if interested!

Thank you all.
