Investment Info:

Condo fix & flip investment in Covina.

Purchase price: $250,000
Cash invested: $25,000
Sale price: $380,000

This one I bought from a real estate agent. Purchase price was 250k and I was able to put 20k in upgrades and sell for 380k

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I love light rehabs and Covina is a hot area
