How to structure a deal where you don't have full down payment
Hi, I am looking at a MF building with asking price around 2.5M and I don't have the 20% down for commercial financing. I have about 10%. I would rather not try and bring on any outside investors or partners. Aside from seller financing is there any other creative ideas I am missing?
