@jacob malakoff

what was it like from a lifestyle standpoint?

My wife and I had a 2-year-old, and she was pregnant with our son who was due in June. It was the craziest times of our lives. It was very difficult. We actually lived in a very small home, as we renovated the other house. I sold the house for sale by owner, and used a buyer's agent. We only had approximately 9 weeks to do all the renovations to make it livable. It was very stressful because we had shiesty contractors. It was totally worth it in the end. I'll do it again in a heartbeat. Teaming up with my wife in real estate has been the best thing for our relationship. I'm a full-time nurse and she's a full-time stay-at-home mom. If we can do it anyone can do it.
