I am looking at three properties in the below three locations. Can you please give your advice which one will be better in terms to buy and hold for long term as a rental Property.

1.) E Etta Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63125

2.) Pershall Rd, Florissant, MO 63031

3.) Charbonier Rd. Florissant,  MO 63031
