Carryforward Loss with Mortgage Interest Deduction & Depreciation
This is probably a rookie question -- but is it legally possible to create negative cashflow on paper just with mortgage interest rate deduction and depreciation?
For example, my NOI is $90k, my mortgage interest is $48k and my depreciation is $52k --- could I show a loss of $10k annually?
